This Is Wrong..

my neighbors dog is off leash an it is bigger than kari.it seems aggressive and I cant take kari out because he is a male and kari and alta are girls im scared to tell the owners because their dog is righ in front of the house.
the breed looks like a giant schnauzer. its always growling when I pass by him . it doesn't look like he has a shock collar or something.

Does your area have a leash law? If so call the police the next time the dog is loose when you would like to walk your pups.

very true I will because it does have a leah law and this dog probably weighs 100 lbs and kari and alta are less than 6 pounds

alta is kari is gonna go into heat so its really important to spay them but that dog is huge and is a male that lives next door.when I go in my yard I feel he is going to jump over the fence .that dog is always aroud the house and especially when they go in heat.
