| Panic attack at the dog food store! So we were almost out of dog food but the only place that carries California Natural is Pet Supplies Plus which is not very close to us. So we made a trip out only to see the entire shelf where the food is empty! Apparently they recalled all the brands. I had a mini panick attack in the middle of the store because Chibi has such food allergies it was very hard to find a food with nothing he was allergic to. Thankfully with the help of a nice employee we were able to find Limited Ingrediet food with lamb which is what he is used to. But now if California Natural coems back do we go back to it or should we never trust them again? I know recalls happen and I rather they pull the food then risk dogs getting sick but now I am not sure where to go from here

| It would be hard for me to go back but your right recalls happen. What I would look into is how they handled the recall.

| My idea is "if it's not broke, don't fix it". If the new food is agreeing with him, and you are satisfied with the quality, I would keep him on the new food, do some research in the the California Natural and have that as a backup "just in case" you have the same issues with the new food. |
