IMO the SPCA would not be a good place with a dog that small. I have heard stories about the SPCA's here in Dallas. She really needs a Vet that she will able to take her dog to for wellnes exams and any tests that may need to be done.

YT 500 Club Member | Thanks everyone you all are so sweet. I stay in Duncanville it close to Desoto and Ceder Hill (hope you know the area lol). I saw on the e-net they were spaying dog for $20 for people in my zip code. I am really nervous about it because I know she also needs her baby teeth pulled as well. Im in college so cheap does sound nice but my baby health does come first. |

| Yes- Good Vet Dallas Dr. Ernesto Hernandez on Shiloh Road, Dallas. neutered my little Liberty. As he was only 3 lbs, I was quite worried. He was very reassuring, & has a lot of experience with puny (LOL) ones. Do pre-op bloodwork!!! I bawled like a baby dropping off Liberty and he was very reassuring - did mot makw me feel silly at all. He explained how he would take careful measures and gave me regular updates. BTW, I pulled Liberty's medical folder to get the street # and Liberty stsrted sniffing and racing around as if he recognized scent of the papers!!! Amazing, these little critters. ;-) |

| Aww, It can be truly a difficult thing to entrust your little furbaby into the hands of someone else. If I can cry like a blubbering idiot and they not think twice about it, then you will look very sane. LOL. They are used to nervous parents, though! Sending positive thoughts! |
