I'm in the process of asking a friend for info about Vet's in Dallas.

IMO the SPCA would not be a good place with a dog that small. I have heard stories about the SPCA's here in Dallas.
She really needs a Vet that she will able to take her dog to for wellnes exams and any tests that may need to be done.
