| Miss Priss is a copper color on her face. As you can see in this pic and my avatar that she is very orange looking on her face. Is this normal? I have this posted on another thread too, I goofed.

| ZoE had very strong colour on her face (and legs) too, and I'd hoped that would mean she'd stay black & tan, cos I personally love the black & tan adult yorkies. As she was the pup her breeder had initially chosen to keep, I should have known better, and now at just over a year old, she's now getting lighter & going more gold in the face and her black coat is lightening up too. I won't trim her (other than ears, feet & sanitary), cos I want to keep the darker toned tips for as long as possible

| ZoE too! She never looked "fluffy" as many yorkie puppies do. Her hair is fine & very slow growing, but it's beautifully silky. It hardly ever matts, even when wearing harnesses or clothing, and requires little grooming time, just a weekly bath & blowdry and a daily comb. I love how easy it is to care for. Sounds like Prissy will be the same.

aaw, that is wonderful to look forward to,,Priss was a little fluffy at first but now is a little scraggly looking. No matting and a daily brushing is all that is needed. Oh and after being brushed, she shakes and looks all scraggly all over again..but what is a mother to do?
