| pregnancy and pups So I just found out awhile ago that I am pregnant... and I have been so excited and happy! But being in the first trimester I do get moody. I feel like the pups, miso and Kimchi sense something different but they have been SO NEEDY. They constantly want to be laying on top of me, licking me (which I dislike!) and up in my face ALL THE TIME. Literally they jump near my face and try and lick me. I love my pups but the new neediness has been driving me crazy!! I hold them and love on them, but sometimes I just feel sick and I hate that they want to be on top of me. Lately I have been letting them run around for a few hours and locking them up in their play pen for a few hours until my husband gets home. So if you went through this how did you handle it ? I love my pups so much just looking to see if its just ME!!

| How are going to feel after the baby comes and they want to kiss the baby? Also babies take up a lot of time..... just asking will you be able to care for both? If not you may want to think of re-homing. I know I didn't get a dog till after my children were older.

Kissing the baby, I dont think that will happen much. The pups don't really lick us that much, we have taught them that kisses are OK when we ask for them, not to lick people in the face, or sit licking forever. anyway like I said, sorry if I gave the impression I wanted to rehome them... that was not my intention or even a possibility in my mind. Im a great pup owner of 2 happy yorkies and plan to stay that way!! I mad a life commitment!

♥Trained by my pups♥ Donating YT 500 Club Member | i think you may have answered your own question with the toy thing . Look into the puzzle toys that you put a treat in and it takes them time to figure out how to get them out. Another thing that works at my house when i need a minute and i feel like they have been neglected (they are never but i feel bad now and then when i get busy) I give them a chew bone they love. That will occupy them for along while and give me some time to myself. Good luck and congrats
