| You know I have no idea what battery farming is. I only just heard the term the first time recently when researching raw feeding. I am off to search. Whatever it is doesn't sound good.

| It isn't good - it's the worst and it's appalling and reading about it will break your heart It's the reason that most try to go for 'free range'. Sally + Harry x |

| Seems I have spent the last week or so crying at some point every single day about the animals since someone posted about Lennox I have spent hours and hours reading and writing about Lennox and others in the same plight. Of course I always knew that free range was best for the animals and it was best to buy that if I could but didn't realize they did things like battery farming. I have always seen the pics of barn raised which looks horrific as well but battery farming looks even worse. I get into these phases every now and again where I do what I can, write who I can in protest but I get so down and feel hopeless for them. It feels like no one listens and it never does any good. I have spent countless hours for a week and others all over the world have spent countless hours for over a year now trying to help Lennox but I feel so hopeless and know that in the end this boy will lose...no one listens and no one who can stop it will...he will die. When will people realize that these animals have feelings and souls and these things are just not right? I get into it and walk around in a depression with a lump in my throat all the time until I give up and put it out of mind eventually to save my own sanity. When will people realize that in things such as BSL that it isn't humans that need protection from the animals but the animals who need protection from us? When will people realize that it isn't necessary to treat chickens, pigs, cows etc like they do in order to produce our food? When will someone take a stand and make what happens in China to the animals stop? When will people start to be held accountable? I just don't understand what it takes to make real changes. Uggg I am off to sign that petition and pray someone reads it and it really does make a difference.

| myteddybear - I'm exactly the same as you. I read stuff and I write to people and I start e-petitions and I do all I ever can. And it hurts my heart and in the end I get in such a state about stuff that I end up actually turning my head away from another story in the newspaper - I actually bury my head in the sand - because everything I can do seems so futile and rubbish in comparison with everything that needs to be done. Isn't that dreadful? Sally + Harry x |

| Hopefully this link will work! https://www.assemblywales.org/gethom...1#SignPetition Myteddybear- it is absolutely wonderful the work you have been doing for lennox; I feel ashamed to live near the city that this happened in, and people like yourself restore my faith in humans. Unfortunately, after the first ruling, it became very unlikely a judge Could say it was wrong- an awful lot of ppl here are still growing backbones and won't call someone out on a mistake if they are in power. I'm not saying there isn't still hope for him, I would love the chance to meet this wonderful boy so until the very end of his case (whichever way it goes) I will still be fighting for him and hope others like yourself do the same! As long as people keep fighting for justice and never forget lennox and his family, then we may be able to change the uncertain future for other bsl victims. Got a bit off topic there, but I'd wanted to say that in you lennox thread but didn't! If the day ever comes when battery puppy farms are legal here is the same day I stop calling myself human (as the word will have lost all meaning) and take my girls and leave 'technologic civilisation' for a little island some where, where the people still have morals!

| It worked and I signed. I hope that Lennox is saved and I hope I am wrong in thinking he has no chance in winning this but I am praying he does and that someone somewhere is listening and I will keep doing all I can even if he does lose for the others that are also suffering from this craziness.
