I am cross posting this in the hopes that we can help get the last 100 signatures...
It doesn't matter if you don't live in Wales but if we dont set a precedence here then it could go nationwide, then possibly worldwide !!!!!

Battery farming of puppies, yes you read it right hardly any human contact these pups will now be fed and watered mechanically
