YT 1000 Club Member | SEW, WOW, what a cute little guy you got there ! He looks like he's going to be the most loving and affectionate dog you could ask for... but... I don't think he actually looks like a Yorkie. IF you want, you can do one of the DNA tests on it, which is very simple. You send a Oral Swab off to the Lab, and they can tell you which Breed Mix it is. Can get test done for about $50 or so. One thing else is... You really picked him up TOO early ! It would have been much better for him, if you'd left him with his Mother another four or so weeks. That extended time with her and his pack, really can make a positive influence on his development, through out his life. I think you made a good choice, and my best wishes for a long and loving relationship. S.W.

| Hi there. I'm really sorry about this, but your puppy is definitely a mix. There might be some Yorkie in there, but he isn't a purebred. You said you love him regardless and you absolutely should, but I'd take it up with the breeder. If you can prove that they lied about this, you might even be able to take them to court to get your money back. I'm really sorry that you were taken in by a disreputable breeder. When you get another puppy, it's a good idea to take your time to get to know the breed and a few breeders before you buy a puppy. It's also a good idea to get a puppy after 12 weeks, not as young as 7. I hope you enjoy your new boy and I'm sure he'll bring you lots of happiness!

| Congrats on your new puppy! He is very cute! I agree w the others though that he is probably a mix. My neighbor's beagle mix actually looks very similar to your pup. He is a lovely, well-mannered boy who gets along well w all the neighbors' dogs. Your pup looks like a lovely boy! |

| Looks like a beagle mix to me, but the not so floppy ears kinda lend to maybe a chihuahua? I don't see yorkie, but he is so darn cute...love that baby up.

| Yep.. very cute little boy.. but unfortunately not a Yorkie at all.. not even mix... despite of the fact you love him the breeders weren't honest to you.. if you feel bad with that you should get back to them.. good luck.. |
