| Shopping with your yorkie! The other day while I was in bath and body works I saw three beautiful little girl yorkies in a stroller. It caught me off guard because you don't see that often around here. Anyway, I was wondering what stores allow this? Where have your babies been shopping? :-) |

| I think a lot of it depends on the area- In NYC, basically anywhere that doesn't have food will let you bring dogs in, even the nicest stores like Bloomingdales will let you walk right in with your dog on a leash. Where I am from/ moving back to Upstate NY, they don't really allow dogs in many stores at all. Basically I will take my dogs anywhere where there isn't food and If I get kicked out- I leave,

| The only places I definitely know that lets dogs in around here is Home Depot and Lowes.

| I would THINK as long as they are in a stroller it wouldn't matter, but I know Wal-Mart is very strict about not allowing them. I haven't really tried but I want to SOOOOO BAD. Once Aiko is Vaccinated I want to take both of my boys.

| I imagine wal-mart would be a no go. I haven't tried bringing mine anywhere either. |

| I know you can not take dogs to where they serve food unless they allow you to sit outside with a dog. Also any where there is a pharmacy you can not go in. I take Buster to run errands and put him in a bag when I go inside some places. He is getting to be a big boy and wants to mark. It is one thing to have him mark in a pet store. I still get embarrassed but I would be mortified if it was in a regular shop. SO... until he can control himself it's into a bag before into a shop. I just never wanted to create a bad impression for any shop owner about yorkies. |

| I'm going to try!!! well, I bought a bag the other day and I am going to see if I can take him to Wally World (short for Walmart!!ha ha) when I do my shoping. They are so small I don't see the problem, especially if they are in a bag!! I'll let you all know how I make out. |
