| Daily Schedule/Routine for puppy I am kind of a type-A person (some call it anal, but I think that's harsh) Anyway, I love lists, regimen and routine. Can anyone help me with a basic daily schedule before I get my Stormy home next week? Thanks!

| When I first got Mango, I would take him outside every hour to avoid any accident in the house. But he was pee pad trained when I got him (he was 6 months, now he is 7 months!) I'd get up at about 8, take him out right away. Then I'd let him eat after. I'd take him out at 9. And around 10 I'd take him on a short walk up the road. An hour later, another potty break, and around 1, I'd take him on another walk. I am not sure how old your pup will be, but I walk Mango about 5 times a day, short walks, no longer than 10 minutes a walk. |

Make sure you have all the supplies you will need, food, harness, crate, beds, yes, beds, water and food bowl, leash, pick-up bags, food, and an appointment with the vet. Lots of old hands here that can fill you in. I rely on my wife to handle most everything dog related. Best of luck, and post a picture when you can.

You will do fine. They are little people. They eat, sleep, and make a mess. Take them out frequently, and do not leave them unattended outside. Feed 3-4 times a day small amounts. Do not over exert them, and stress their little joints. You will have no problem.
