| Flying Tater Jack? I just called and checked on flying Tater Jack to D.C. It's only $149! They said he would be in a climate controlled compartment in the cargo hold with other animals. What do y'all think about this? Do you think he would be okay? Also, Ashley, if we go this way, would BWI or Dulles be better for you to pick him up?

| When we got Annie she was flown from Missouri. There didn't seem to be any problems (missouri to NYC) And shes seems to be a very well adjusted little gal over a year later We even fly with her all the time now, and there don't seem to be any repercussions! I think there are many other yorkies on this site that have been shipped with no problems. It is the fastest way to get the little guys from point A to B. They may be alone for the little time period but least they get there faster |

| I've just gotta tell ya'll.... I've been watching these threads and hoping for the best for this little boy and for Tater Jack. You YT members really have heart, you know? I'm touched by everyone's generosity. I was willing to make a small donation (all I can manage at this time) to see that Tater Jack got to his new home safely and securely - just waiting for all to be finalized and find out where to send it. Now I see that "LoveMyBabies" is offering to do it all on her own. That is so heartwarming. Everyone involved in Tater Jack's new placement should have little halos on right now. I still want to help if there's anything that's needed so I'll keep watching for news.....

| I'm going through PetAir. I don't know what airline they use, but the woman there said it was climate controlled and that he would be flying with other animals. Our vet just charges $5 for a health certificate so I'll get that. Can anyone reccommend a crate with attached food and water dishes? LoveMyBabies that is soooo sweet of you! eroar is handling the $$ for all of this so please get with her! Thank you all! I think they might need some $$ for Tater's next set of shots and his neutering later on so if any of you want to donate for that, eroar can get that to Ashley to give to the family. You all are THE GREATEST!!!!!

| Here in MD the SPCA will give you a spay/neuter certificate to take to A Vet.... Clients are advised to call the veterinarian in advance to inquire about additional fees if applicable. Spay and Neuter Fees Are: Dogs Cats Male $43 Male $28 Female $58 Female $43 Send a letter size self addressed stamped envelope and check to: The Maryland SPCA 3300 Falls Road Baltimore, MD 21211 or call: 410-235-8826 for more information.
