| oooh, wonderful! She'll love you forever! She didn't come with many toys, and NONE of them squeaked, and one ball that was so big it was for a dobie or something. Poor girl. She is going to be SO spoiled from now on!!!!

| This plush squeaks, but it's not the normal high pitch squeak. It's a bunny but it sounds almost like a duck! I love it. I'm going to go buy one for Kaji too. He keeps trying to get the "duck bunny".

| Update! Keichi is back! You guys would not BELIEVE the size of these stones! There were 4 not 5 but they are huge! Just take a look at the pic. The Dr waited until yesterday evening to do the surgery bc her white blood cell count was way too high, and reds too low and anemic due to all the blood in the pee, so he wanted her to be stable before the procedure. I saw the xrays too and the stones filled up almost the entire bladder, which rubbed up against the wall and caused a growth there. The Dr sent it out to be tested and was negative for cancer. So she is a cone head now, and in 2 weeks we will return to remove the staples. She's so spunky! She's already trying to get the ball and play, but of course I will try to keep for as relaxed as possible. I think I'll order a softee cone for her comfort. Uni's been a good girl and just a little jealous, but no fighting. The only thing is no bath for 2 weeks and she kind of smells already.

| I am glad Katie did so good with her surgery. Bless her heart no wonder she was in such pain. Those stones had to be taking up her whole bladder. She has such a sweet face. I know she feels so much better.

| Oh that poor sweet little dog, I am so glad you have her now and she came thru the surgery. I think the picture of her with the cone and bow is just so darn cute. I wish my dog would wear a bow. Good luck with her, it sounds like she is in good hands now.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Oh wow, I can't believe that some vets would not remove the uterus, would the dog still experience periods? That seems really dumb, because you'd still have male dogs going nuts. Anyway, I'm so glad she's had the stones removed, is the vet going to test them to see what they are made of? Sometimes they can put them on a diet that reduces the incidence of certain types of stones.

| I'm so glad she's home! Her facial expression doesn't seem so sad anymore, and I can see why. Those stones are HUGE!!! They're so tiny and to have something like that inside must have been so painful. Let me know when she's feeling up for a visit so Kaji and I can come for a visit!

| I think Biogroom makes a waterless shampoo for dogs... may help till she can get a bath. She sure does look alot happier. Poor baby, having to go over a year with those nasty stones in her! You did good!

Glad she's doing better and I hope they can find a great home for her. From what I've read this is a reoccuring problems, and some dogs start making stones as soon as the old ones are removed. Do you know what the approximate cost of this surgery? We just had a thread on urinating blood, and I think she's hesitating getting help because of fear of the costs. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sic...rry-juice.html
