| Lg Carrier vs Stroller....Argh! What do you suggest? Ok, so I get these invitations to go to these fun events with my family. Like this weekend they are going to the Tomato Festival which is about 2 1/2 hrs from my house. I would love to go and want to but I would have to leave my pups at home all day by themselves and who knows what I would come home too. The event lasts 4 hours plus if we hung out up there it would probably be an entire day. They may even stay the night up there the day before. We called and there aren't rules about no dogs but I wouldn't want to upset anyone attending the event and there would be food of course.....so my question is this....If I were to figure out a way to take my pups but have them not be a nuisance to anyone does anyone have a comfortable carrier that fits 2 yorkies or would you suggest a stroller? I don't know how often I would use the stroller and it is such a big purchase......any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank so much!

| I have both... a carrier that fits my two yorkies and a stroller. After awhile, the carrier starts to dig into my shoulder and my back will start to hurt after an hour of carrying them around thats why I purchased a stroller. I bought the Happy Trails stroller and my three yorkies fit in it perfectly. It is so easy especially since you will be out for 4 hrs. I don't use mine that much, but it was worth every penny. Good luck, My yorkies weigh 5 - 4 - and 3lbs. LuLu Belle, Bosley Beamer & Baby Zoey's Mommy. |

| Well I have both, but for festivals we always use a stroller. I'm so glad we bought it! Too many people and I don't want them to get stepped on and if they get nervous, it's a nice place for them to rest and sleep!

| I myself don't have a stroller, but I have friends that use them for their dogs. Having the stroller would be very convenient, especially if you are going to be out for most of the day. Also, it would be safe for them because if they are in a bag, and it is crowded, people may bump into the bag.

| I have a stroller that is really nice (Jeep Rubicon), but I never ever use it. It just sits in my garage collecting dust. I think it would be helpful for longer events like the one you are talking about rather than a carrier which will tire your shoulder probably, but mine always wanted out of the stroller and would fuss to walk so it wasn't worth it |

| I don't have a stroller, but a coworker takes her babies to all kinds of events. Seems very convient and really comfy for them.

That's what I'm afraid of. I know one of my pups would most likely prefer it because he hates the harness and leash but my other pup is such a go getter.....he is always on the move. So I would hope he wouldn't sit in it and bark like crazy.

| To add to my previous questions: Is it better to get one with the single wheel in front or the double wheels? What is the best stroller for 2 pups....a 5 lb pup and an almost 3 lb pup? Do they come assembled or do you have to put them together? Are they claw proof if one of my pups trys to scratch his way out? Do people think you are nuts for having dogs in a stroller?....I'm always thinking people think I'm a Crazy Dog Lady as it is....this may put it over the top. Haha!

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I have a stroller and with having the 4 now I don't use it as often as I use to, but I love it and it is so convenient. I got mine from Justpetstrollers ata good price and really fast shipping.

| To answer yhour question. I would get a stroller, a carrier might get heavy after a while. This site has some really reasonable prices on them. And many of them are carriers and stroller and car seats Dog Strollers, Pet Strollers, Cat Strollers and more at Low Discount Prices |

| I vote for a stroller, too. I got Lady the pink Happy Tails stroller and it was under $100 including shipping. Worth every penny IMO. |
