| Two yorkies advice!! I have a 2 year old male yorkie who is 9lbs...yes, big guy. I just adopted a 3lb female yorkie who is 1 year old. She is a rescue and has kind of a bad leg. My male yorkie is used to everything revolving around him. I think he is excited to have her here, but he plays kind of rough with her! I don't know how to get him to calm down. He is used to playing with a dog that small, but not such a dainty one with a bit of a handicap. I don't want to keep telling him "no...play nice" all the time because I'm afraid he will start not liking her! Please help me! What should I do?? Is she too small to be a playmate for him?? |
