| Sorry, but I am mad today This morning I and my hubby went outside and on the way back decided to stop in a couple stores. He had to go to Costco, and since I cannot take Jess there, I asked me to drop us by Ross store. I have never had situation like that before. HORRIBLE Service. No MANNERS at all, not even basic business communication skills are represented. I have been a Ross' customer for years since I can always find a bargains there. I am not happy about those stores (they usually filthy ), but I am OK to shop there sometimes because of bargains. Today they were unbelievable rude to me. I always shop with my Jess with NO problems at ALL. My dog is very intelligent and well behaved. She was in STROLLER that always is CLOSED inside any stores. The security guy SAW how my hubby was dropping me by the store, how my husband WAIT for us for a few minutes until we were gone inside the store. And after my husband left, he REFUSED me to come inside. As a result I was waiting for my husband by the door for next two hours . On front of security guy When my husband came back, I went inside, asked for manager to show a store policy, and I was refused. She absolutely cannot communicate with customers. She interrupted me and didn't care a word I was saying. Plus, she made fun of my husband when he said "you should be shame of yourself to keep this women with small dog outside" . On top of that, she told me something that dogs are OK in the store unless they bite people or something like that.... I don't know who is responsible for hiring people like that in that store, they should be shame for doing that, but I want to complain. Actually, I did already. The manager told me sorry on the phone, but I answered that I will speak to her manager. I am not that type of person who accept this service What guys do you think? | i always look for a sign or sticker on the doors indicating that pets are not allowed before I take maggie in. if anyone says anything to me about having maggie and there are no signs up, i make sure they know that i will not leave quietly. they need to have posted signs. i would complain too. not just about not being able to bring your dog, but how the service was, and how you feel about how dirty the store usually is.

| I agree If no sign is posted I wouldn't go quietly either... And I definitely wouldn't go back. there was no excuse for his rudeness. |

| You are right, if I saw a sign, I would't go there. But I've been MANY times in Ross at DIFFERENT locations around and NO ONE told me anything like that. |

| If I wasn't stopped by security guy just on front, honestly, I didn't care and went inside since no sign there. But he just didn't let me inside. The only reason I regret that I was waiting for two hours for my hubby. As a result, he got upset (btw, he NEVER ever shops there). he said : cheap store - bad survice, just don't shop there. period. |

| I would by pass the store manager and call corporate and complain to them. It is the holiday season and alot of those employees on the floor are holiday hires. I have a friend who is a manager at a major dept store and wanted to know if I wanted to help her out for the holidays because they cannot find qualified customer friendly associates. She said they are scraping the bottom of the barrel this year

exactly. When I called to the store later, she was trying to explain something, but it was too late. I didn't let her to say a word and told her that this time I will speak with main office. However, I think this is a typical for stores like Ross . They have way too many complaints and nothing change.... | |

| I would be the same way. I dont bring Roxy in alot of stores BUT you had Jess in a stroller zipped up. What is Jess going to do to them. I would love to know the store number and manager. We should all ban together and complain to corporate. Start a petition or something against Ross from YT to send to them.

| My sister is an attorney and we are getting together tomorrow to decorate our parents house. I am going to ask her about this. She isnt hot headed lawyer ready to start cases but I just want to ask her about it. She is a dog lover too a mommy to an english bull dog Otis who turned 4 yesterday. I can JUST bet that the sec officer is a big dog owner and prob just wanted to make a joke out of you. The fake security officer and the manager should all be fired and esp her making remarks about your hubby being gone for 2 hours.

| Kirkland huh? That is a nice area, I grew up in FW. All the Ross stores in my opinion have really gone downhill. We have a couple in my area and they are all dirty and a huge mess. I just go in there occasionally to poke around.
