| Won't go outside to potty in the rain. Has anyone come up with a good way to get your dog to go potty outside in the rain? Chloe is 5 months and never had a problem with going in the rain until this rain storm. Of course, this is the longest rain storm ever!!! I will take her outside over and over and she'll run back to the door and pee on the carpet once inside. |

| Yeah, I sympathise! Out 3 month old pup has just met rain for the first time since we have had him! He was NOT amused! He also took one look outside and put his brakes on, reversed and headed back in the house! I got a large umberella, went back out and held tghe umberella over him right by the side fence ...it worked eventually! Guess who got wet though?!!! Good luck!! |

| That's probably one of the biggest reasons mine are pee pad trained...maybe you can train her to both outside and pee pads, although, at 5 mos. it's harder to go from outside training to pee pad training than vice versa...I really can't help you much on that one, maybe buy her one of those puppy raincoats..? |

| Buddy hates to go out into the rain. I have to physically pick him up and set him under the hedges along the house. There is very little rain hitting in that area due to the over hang of the roof. It takes a bit of effort but I have finally managed to make Buddy realize that he has to go potty even if it raining.
