I just realized that as I have been calling the vet for Maximus' neutering I have been saying my name is Samantha, I am Maximus' mom..he is a 4lb yorkie etc. etc., does everyone else do this also or do they say I am calling about my dog?...I realized that I was saying this and people were kind of taken aback??...like your who's mom and why do I care..oh YOUR dog is Maximus!!!!

I always say that to my vet and in the beginning if I did not, they would ask me. The groomer knows me so well that I just ask if the girls can be done today and they know who it is. Of course, my southern accent probably helps.

I always say, "Hey this is Preslee, Memphis, Or Recons mom, Kelly" cause they are the only dogs at the vet with those names.

I think I just use my last name and then the dog's name which the same last name. I will "This is Kim Teal calling about Buddha Teal" for instance.

| How cute. I honestly have never said to my vet "this is Schatzie's Mama", I've just introduced myself by first and last name. How boring is that??? LOL! Next time i will do much better.

We are well known at our vets office too, but I always say my name anyways. I call and say "This is Sylvia Price," pause, no response, "Autumn's mom?" and they go "ok what do you need?" Or if I'm upset I'll go "I need and appointment for Baby" pause, then "Baby who?" LOL But they know when I mention one name who all the others are. I think they have all 7 files rubberbanded together. LOL
