We are well known at our vets office too, but I always say my name anyways. I call and say "This is Sylvia Price," pause, no response, "Autumn's mom?" and they go "ok what do you need?" Or if I'm upset I'll go "I need and appointment for Baby" pause, then "Baby who?" LOL But they know when I mention one name who all the others are. I think they have all 7 files rubberbanded together. LOL |
