Sounds great! Too bad my hubby won't let me watch the t.v. in the evenings. We only watch what he watches because I'm home all day I should watch t.v. during the day so he watches at night.

| For those of you that can appreciate dirty humor should check out this week's south park. It was dedicated to Cesar Milan and it was absolutely hilarious.

Kitty - Shame on your husband! I think you are getting the short end of the stick. I don't like much that is on TV during the day - and enjoy many shows that are on in the evening. He should share evening TV with you and let you at least watch several shows a week that you enjoy. Men!!!!!!! "The Dog Whisperer" is on at my house around 7:00 am most mornings also - (as well as 8:00 pm on Fridays). ***** I am going to go one step further -- I think if your husband did watch "The Dog Whisperer" -- he just might enjoy it. Almost everyone does! Might see if he's at least like to give it a try.... Good luck - Carol Jean

I don't watch any t.v. during the day. Once in awhile when my hubby is gone I get to watch t.v. in the evening. I heard on CNN that Ceaser was being sued! Has anyone else heard about this?

Here's an article about Cesar being sued...... I, for one, given that so many people are so fast to bring laws suits to "get money without having to work" am going to wait until more information is available........ I hope we all take a "wait and see" attitude. Unfortunately, anytime we see anyone amass any amount of money - they are usually eventually sued for something.. sooner or later... I would suspect that Cesar will be advised (to avoid bad publicity - and having to deal with the whole thing) to settle out of court. I would! I don't understand all the claims..... 1) Breach of contract ?????? 2) Fraud ???? 3) Animal cruelty (would be a fair complaint - to whatever extent it actually happened....) 4) Infliction of emotional distress --- a money getter... 5) Other allegationis -- what are these??? --------------------- LOS ANGELES (AP) - A television producer is suing dog trainer Cesar Millan, star of TV's The Dog Whisperer, claiming that his Labrador retriever was injured at Millan's training facility after being suffocated by a choke collar and forced to run on a treadmill. In a lawsuit filed Thursday in Superior Court, 8 Simple Rules producer Flody Suarez says he took five-year-old Gator to the Dog Psychology Center on Feb. 27 to deal with fears of other dogs and strangers. Hours after dropping off the dog at the facility, Suarez claimed a worker called to inform him the animal had been rushed to a veterinarian. He later found the dog "bleeding from his mouth and nose, in an oxygen tent gasping for breath and with severe bruising to his back inner thighs," the lawsuit claims. The facility's workers allegedly placed a choke collar on the dog, pulled him onto a treadmill and forced him to "overwork." Suarez says he spent at least $25,000 US on medical bills and the dog must undergo more surgeries for damage to his esophagus. A call to the Dog Psychology Center, also named as a defendant, was not immediately returned. A spokesman for National Geographic Channel, which airs Millan's show, declined comment. "As of this time, the National Geographic Channel has not been served with either lawsuit, and we do not comment on pending litigation," said Russell Howard, the channel's vice-president of communications. The complaint claims breach of contract, fraud, animal cruelty and intentional infliction of emotional distress, among other allegations. It seeks more than $25,000 in damages. Carol Jean
