| potty relapse Madelyn was doing very well on the potty-pads. We never crated her- just put her in her pen at night and when we were out and she ALWAYS went on her wee wee pads...and occassionly would only "poop" on the rug- never pee. well now she WONT use the pads..FOR NOTHING! She goes ALL OVER the house and her pen and my RUG! I tried putting linoleum over the carpet where her pen is and last night she did good and only went on her pads- FINALLY- but im so nervous when i get home to see what happens

| I've been there. It is so frustrating- just when you think they've gotten it, it all goes to he**! I bought a pair or dog underwear from Petsmart ($18, but well worth the money!) and put them on Olivia. I had to retrain myself to get her to the pad every few hours and WOULD NOT let her off without her going. She had some accidents in the underwear (not a big deal since you just put a little liner in there) and now she is (again) trained to go on the pad. She spent about 3 weeks wearing the underwear. I still keep a close watch on her schedule to ensure that there aren't any accidents, but for the most part, we're back on track! Good luck, and don't worry- Madelyn will remember soon enough. |

| Hi We are having the small problem.....Zoey is going on the pads in her pen but also going on the areas around the pads too...like she forgets. I just had her pen open and she was running around and went on the carpet...Why didn't she run into her pen ??????? Should I have pee pads around the house or only in her pen ????

| Ginger has run into a problem. she's a year old though! she used to pee on the pad perfectly no accidents and is also crate trained never one accident. but after she gave birth to puppies and we moved back to my house (we were at my boyfriends house) she's been peing on the pad sometimes, also peeing and pooping in front of the door (to my room) its not fun when you step on it! could it be the move from my bf's house to mine? |

| i have to say, she is doing MUCH better with a peice of linoleum under her pen instead of carpet-weird, right?- but when we are home and she is out with us (with the pen OPEN) she is still having accidents- we are going to Hawaii- not til August- but our friends are taking her and i want this to be perfected- especially since her dogs are trained to go outside, i dont want her to have tod eal with these issues

| We are still having issues with Lil Girl, too. She was doing well, hadn't went in the house in a few weeks, and now almost every day is going in the house, sometimes 3 times a day! And she is almost 2! She actually belongs to my daughter and my daughter just moved to Vegas(we are in MI). I will be taking lil one out there as soon as she is settled in her condo. My daughter is wondering if it is too late to paper train her now, or litter train her? We really don't know the first thing about Yorkies or training! HELP!!!!!!!!!! |
