| Do dogs have terrible twos? After a twenty minute walk Toby came back and pooped in the corner!!! Why would he do this? I didn't have my coat off yet, and he scooted to the spot to go. He is 20 months old and fully trained. We've been having problems for two weeks now . Help!!! |

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I answered you in your other thread, but I just wanted to add that walking can stimulate the bowels, and perhaps they weren't stimulated enough until he got home. Also, on a walk, if you are doing it for the purpose of elimination, you have to be prepared to stop now and then so that they can do there business, Joey hardly ever poops on walks, we are so busy walking, but occasionally he'll pull back and want to stop, if I pull even slightly he'll stop what he's doing and runs to greet me, so "elimination walking" and discipline walking are done slightly differently.
