| DirecTV Satellite Dish and receiver I am selling a DirecTV satellite Dish and receiver. I lost my signal, the company says the dish needs to be re-pointed, they insist nothing is wrong with my system. I decided to go back to cable. Anyway, if anyone wants any of this for parts or otherwise, please PM me with an offer. Otherwise, it's going in the dumpster!

| I think it may depend on where you are located. We had problems all the time with Dish. When we switched to direct TV, our problems went away. |

| It used to be that DirecTv gave me more channels for the less money. Now, the DirecTv rates have gone up and the Cable company got more competitive with their programming. Now it's virtually the same amount of money. At least the cable company provides you with service and repair at no additional fee. Don't get me started! I think both are a rip off, it's just a matter of which one gives better customer service.
