| Moonwalking Does anyone else's Yorkie do a moonwalking-type dance, where he kinda scratches his feet and and moves backwards at the same time? Sometimes Otis will do this move across the entire room! Also, does anyone else's Yorkie spin really quick in circles? It's crazy! I hope I'm not the only one with a goofy Yorkie! |

| Never heard of that one. I'd like to see that! I've seen Yoda race around the house like 3 times in a row at full speed. He also circles the coffee table about 2-3 times for fun as well at times. If he is tugging at a toy, I can get him to spin about 6-7 times, then he stops. I guess he can get dizzy. |

| Hey Junebug, My female will do the "moonwalk" in the grass. ANd she also spins really fast if she is totally excited. I would like to dip her into a bucket of soapy water and have her clean my kitchen floor for me. LOL Just kidding!!! So no your not the only one with a crazy Yorkie, I got one too. YorkieMomma |

| I wonder too... ...why they do that? Johnny's nails leave tracks on the rug when he does it inside. After peeing or pooping, he will do the scratch-back with all four legs and I always thought it was to cover up what he just did. At one point, he would do the scratch-back as a signal to go outside. It is funny.

| Oh my gosh my Macy does the "dance." In our house we've nick-named it the pumba dance. She will throw her head from side to side too. It's too cute! I've noticed that she does it either after baths or when we come in from walks and it's raining....I think she's wiping her feet lol.

My Yorkie, Cooper, does the moonwalk when he is playing with his toys. It seems that he does it when he gets really excited.
