| I use the washable pads, they are expensive at first but last forever. My dogs would tear up the disposable pads. I get mine at Petsmart, but there are several members that sale both kinds on YT. Just do a search for them or I a sure someone on YT can you you know what member to ask.

| I bought the T. Bumpkins washable pads. I got my first batch from Petsmart. They were $26 (on sale for $20) for 50 pads. I then found some online at: Puppy Pads - Puppy Training Pads - Puppy Wee Pads - Mednet Direct They are $40 for 300. They are smaller and thinner (they do have thicker ones available) but they are fine for a small dog. Lazarus prefers the soft cloth pads. He plays attack games with the paper ones. |

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | You definitely need to wash pee pads separately, anything you wash with them will pick up a slight scent of the pee pad, and if you ever lay it on the bed or floor, you will be telling your dog it's okay to pee on it. Joey would only use disposable pee pads one time, with washable pee pads he uses over and over. I have plenty, so I just change when I can see a mark. It's very dry here in AZ, and I keep used ones in wicker hamper, and I've never noticed an odor. Some people say they keep their used pee pads in a covered diaper container. So it depends on how strong the urine scent is, and how humid your environment is.
