The lady that scammed me and another individual has closed her website but is now advertising on various pet sites(next day pet, puppyfind) and using the name Furbabies By Design. This was the person going by Amaras Purse Companions before and has now changed her contact information. Not being very bright though her contact e-mail for her new ads is still listed as Purse Companions, she also has a very unusual name(even though her ph. has been changed and her city, I'm guessing it's a relatives or she just changed it). Her ads list AKC papers when previously they were CKC(and falsified at that)Be very careful when buying from these sites.

She'll use the name Amara or Tamara(Hernandez), the city changes and the phone does too but look for 479 area code and 248 beginning. She also goes by Amara's Purse Companions, Purse Companions, Furbabies By Design. Her price on the 3 month old doubled in one month and the other one is the one I beieve she sent me that she told me was 6 month old awhile back. The lady who also bought one from her is hoping maybe that is the correct age on the ad because she still has hers(who will be double what she was promised and was supposed to go back) and still hasn't received her money back.

She falsifies papers, birthdates, etc. She did have a website but she took that down so I wondered when she'd start back up again and it looks like she has. Now I know all yorkies are cute but do you see the size of the ears on the ones she's selling, they look NOTHING like the picture she sent me of her puppy. In fact, I know now she uses that same picture over and over and doesn't even have that one. Just trying to save someone a heartache and loss of a large amount of money. I'd give so much to go back to before I knew about this lady.

I recently got my little Biewer girl back from this person. I sold her a tiny 3 pound 9 month old girl on a spay contract because she was too small to breed. I found out thanks to YT about her web site and saw my baby for sale for almost 2 times what I sold her for. She also had not been spayed. I had tried to contact this person several times before this, but she would not return my emails. Pictures that she promised to send of course were never sent. Because of the advertisements I also found out that she had gotten CKC papers on my little girl (I still had the German papers), was telling people that she imported her, told people that after she imported her she decided she was too small to sell. I was going to take her to small claims court, but she counter sued and was going to push it into civil court. This would mean at least 6 trips for me to her county. I had been assured by my lawyer that I would win the case, but much time and effort would go into it and what would I really gain. In the mean time she did spay the girl.

When we settled out of court it was agreed that I would be given first right of refusal (It was in my original contract for what good that did me!) She contacted me last week and said she was selling her, Of course I said YES!!!!

I went and got her on Friday, She was dirty, matted, smelly. One of the things she claimed in her counter suit was that she received the dog in bad condition. I will let you judge which of these pictures shows dog in bad condition. Even her own vet had in the records I received that when she took the dog to him after having her three months that her legs were matted and coated with urine and needed IMMEDIATE grooming.

I'm glad you have her back! The poor thing, i'm sure she is happy to be back in a caring environment!! That other woman shouldn't be allowed to own pets...let alone breed and sell them!!!

I am so glad you got her back, that's wonderful!

I haven't found any ads from her in months I'm happy to say. I think all the trauma I went through ended up helping shut her down, at least on the large scale she was at. She might still sell locally but not online.

Reporting her took a lot of time and effort but since I had so much documentation it was easy to see who to believe. I made sure her own vet saw everything, even the e-mails she sent me and letters from reputable breeders disputing the stories she told him. He really should have known better! I'm sure the registration department wasn't happy knowing she lies on the forms either. I put her name out there as many places as I could.

I know this has been a long ordeal for you and I can imagine how glad you are to have this be over.

She does have Pomeranians out there for sale. Both on her new web site and on ad sites. She had my little girl out there too. No other yorkies though.

Keep a look out for Cave Springs Arkansas. She changes her kennel name and raises her prices until someone figures out it's the same person.

She has two yorkies listed right now.

OMG, what a mess this baby was in, and to see her all groomed...glad you got her back... some people have all the nerve in the world I guess..

She looks so beautiful now that YOU groomed her..I am so glad she is safe with you now!!
