| Nippels Leaking? Hi There, My Sweetie had been looking fat for about a week. She had become very playful. Last week I had her on my lap, rubbing her belly. She was wet and sticky? "Her nipples had started leaking". She is going to be coming into heat soon. What do you think? Is this something like us women just before we start our monthly period?

| Um.. Jane, when was her last heat? She sounds like she is either pregnant or going through a false pregnancy. If she is indeed pregnant, she is VERY CLOSE to delivery, you need to have her checked out by a vet ASAP. If you don't intend to have puppies, you may want to have her spayed to prevent pyometria in the future...false pregnancies are hard on a girl hormonally and emotionally. Quote:

| I would take her to the vet just to get her checked out. I think that ovarian cysts can cause that sort of thing.
