| Vaccination Record Keeping Question: What does everyone do for record keeping? Vaccinations? Is there some where I can buy a book, or a legal form for these kind of records?

| lots of dog food companies have breeder programs. i'm in 3 different ones because they give you vaccination records for free with each order for puppy paks. also, every time you send off to register an akc litter of pups the akc will send you a litter record form with places for all the info you need on the pups to put in a binder of your own. you can print out the other form needed from their website which is the dog ownership and breeding history form... |

| pedigree and eukanba. i also belong to purina, but havent ordered anything from them in a long time. i remember they sent a puppy folder with no shot record. pedigree's is great. you get a vaccine record just like the one's the vet gives. i also get lids sometimes for dog food cans and lots of coupons. eukanuba didnt send a health record last time i ordered. pedigree has sent me a health record for each pup every time i've ordered for the last several yrs. |
