lots of dog food companies have breeder programs. i'm in 3 different ones because they give you vaccination records for free with each order for puppy paks. also, every time you send off to register an akc litter of pups the akc will send you a litter record form with places for all the info you need on the pups to put in a binder of your own. you can print out the other form needed from their website which is the dog ownership and breeding history form... |
