| Post heat behavior Hi, I'm brand new to this forum and have a question about my females behavior after her first heat cycle. Gracie went into heat at 8 1/2 months of age. It has been at least five weeks since her heat cycle started. I noticed a big change in her personality during the heat cycle and she still has not returned to her usual spunky self. She's not as playful or affectionate as she was before her heat. Is this normal? Will her puppy personality return? |

| She has only been out of her heat cycle for 2 weeks.. her body is still full of hormonal changes. Sometimes it just takes time. She is growing up mom.
