To date, I haven't washed Julie's face. I like the idea that she can have a clean face.

ADDED QUESTION: How often do you all bathe your yorkies? I've only bathed Julie when she has poop stuck to her but.

haha i clean my babies every night they sleep with us but actual baths every month of so depends on how they smell and what they get into!!

I think you can buy the brush. It was like $3. You will LOVE this face wash!

Kissy face is a separate product. It is similar to this product and it comes with a little brush when you buy it (well for $3 more). This product is on a separate website than kissy face.

For anyone wanting to order just the brush from kissy face, let me know if you are able to because I don't see that option on the website.

Anyway, Starlette, the Plum Perfect Face Cleaner is different than Kissy face (some were just mentioning kissy face because many of us have used that in the past and are wanting to try the Plum Perfect if it compares well.)
