| My two cents on "regifting"... I was so pleased to see in one of my GE boxes a couple of outfits that were still in great shape included that my GE's baby grew out of and would fit mine! It was a nice surprise to include them with the rest of the GE gifts

| I love the handmade gifts too. I usually make things for my secret buddies like dresses that are so cute I want to keep them. I put so much more time and effort into those dresses than if I just shopped for them. My only disappoinment would be a few GE's back, my secret buddy never posted pics of her baby in the dresses that I spent so much time on. It made me think that they didn't fit or something. She did at least say thank you, though...I think that's the biggest faux paux(sp)you can do is NOT say thanks!

When I have time. I'm getting better and better. My last GE buddy got some very, very cute stuff. Here is a pic of Pippa in a dress I made.

| I have gone back on forth on whether or not to repy, I realy don't want to hurt anyones feelings but this happened to us. (Or maybe I just couldn't find the reply with the pictures). Its so disappointing. I feel if its to much for a person to post the pictures. Sit it out. Otherwise you wonder if your buddy really liked the gift or if something is wrong. Quote:

| Thank you everyone! I appreciate your candor and honesty. The big things that I learned are... 1. take pics or (preferably) video of how happy your baby was with the gifts! 2. do that RIGHT away because the fun of this is seeing how happy your gifts made the receiver 3. Take the time to study the list before choosing your gifts 4. Crafts are welcome and appreciated 5. regifting is fine within reason 6. read the rules of the gift exchange and FOLLOW them Sounds great! Send me in coach, I'm ready to play!!!

| Yes, I did.... but too bad it's summer so I can't send any cause they would melt. There were several people on staff at my kid's school who wanted my recipe. I used to bring cookies to meetings and stuff. Anyway... I told them they could have the recipe as soon as they graduated my last son. So, he graduated in May and a few people got the recipe! |
