| what I remember reading was that if you are not a donating member and haven't done the exchange yet...you could pay some sort of deposit that you would get back as long as you sent the gift. I may be wrong though...

| I read that they are no longer accepting deposits for the gift exchange because of several problems, and the only way you can participate is if you're a donating member. |

Administrator | Yes, as the rules state for eligibility to be a part of the Gift Exchange: Eligibility - The Gift Exchange is open to all Donating Members that have donated $20 or more to YorkieTalk. (If you want to enter two Yorkies into a Gift Exchange, you will need to have donated $40 or more). This will allow you to participate in the YT Gift Exchange as long as YT does Gift Exchanges. We require this now because there are certain former YT members that DID NOT mail out a Gift in previous Gift Exchanges while they did accept a gift. This is totally unfair and unjust, especially with all the effort, time, and energy everyone in the Gift Exchange has given. |
