Donna, I wouldn't worry. I know everyone is anxious to find their SB but the last few GEs have extended over a couple of days. It's really no biggy. A couple of people signed up through 3 days past the "closing date" and we have 1 so far, which is great!

I would expect that we will get our SBs tomorrow, if we're going considering previous GEs.

As for the deadline being pushed back, I don't think that's a problem. But, really, if you're 2-3 days late past the deadline, I would hope that no one would freak out about it as long as you make a post to your SB

It'll be worth the wait, I'm sure!

Personally, I wouldn't mind pushing the deadline back to, say December 10ish. That way it's closer to Christmas when packages arrive!

I don't mind if it is pushed back, but why not advertise the fact it was kept open, why not change the thread title to Sign up extended three days or so forth, otherwise how are people to know. The reason we had the one late sign up was because I PM'd Cess, Lilo's mom and asked her to join on the last day, right away she said she was afraid it was to late, but I told her to go ahead, otherwise she would not have signed up because she thought the deadline passed. So keeping it open for several days longer and not stating that is probably a waste of time because the first thing people read is the first post that states the deadline. I just had a few emails from past GE
people and apparently there are late sign ups all the time, but the shopping deadline does not get extended........

I am a communicator and I guess I naturally expect when someone runs an event they communicate changes in the rules as they occur.

Guess what? Mama went shopping today! It wasn't fur yew, but fur your mama!!! She is planning wat to do wif our box! Its gonna be HUUUGEEE!! We cud both fit in it, buddy! I hope dat we find out who yew are berry soon so we can get you your fabwit stuff!

I want you to know how excited we are. my mamma has online baskets all over the place full and waiting to click "Submit" (we needs to know of you are Manly like me or a pretty girl

) and my mamma found a very cool gift for your mamma too! I found myself running in circles I was so excited!!

Btw, mamma only has one had so the wrapping might not be so pretty if I have to help her

..............hasnt kept her from shopping online though

What ONE item is at the top of your yorkie's letter to Santa Paws? Some boots for the snow! A car seat of my own and I love squeaky toys!
Mommies:
Do you drink tea/coffee/wine? Yes on all! Love red wines and D&D coffee.
Favorite scents? Balsam & Cider
Candles vs. candle warmers (scentsy, etc.)? I get the scents from Walmart for $2.00 each! We love those.
Candy? I love chocolate…dark or milk no white…hehe
Do you like bubble baths? Yes
Favorite bath product scents: Brown Sugar and Fig
Any allergies: no don’t think so just sensitive..
Mommy's favorite color: Green and Pink
Do you prefer pet items (beds, baskets, etc) to match your home decor or are your yorkie's favorite colors okay? if possible mom has red and cream colored french toile curtains, that’s the theme of the kitchen and living area; the color are black red and cream.
Does your yorkie wear collars/necklaces? Necklaces with magnetic clasp so it comes off if it gets caught.
Do you prefer a signature for your box? My husband is home all day so either way is ok.
Anything you forgot to add to your sign-up post: Keylo had been diagnosed with collapsing trachea….so we r selective about treats must be made in usa…with good healthy ingredients…high fibers. She loves bully sticks, she uses Yorkie Splash n Shine grooming products. I love small toys that make noise or light up! Keylo has a sista named Lola and a brother named Cedric…they are both older and teaching her the good and the bad!

BTW my mom is so excited to make some reallz specialz thing for our buddy! We can't wait to find out who it is!! We r going to burst with excitement!
