| Question about tracking number.... If it says "processed through sort facility" and "currently in transit to destination" how would you interperate that? The sort facility is close to the final destination, but not in the same city, so I am just curious if my buddy will get their package today. I know it could still be tomorrow, but I am as impatient as my buddy. I like UPS's tracking system much better than USPS thats for sure.

Donating YT 500 Club Member | It gets confusing bc many times UPS will update their tracking info to read something similar to what you posted and you think "oh, I'm getting my package today"....then later they will update the info to read, your package has been sent to the local post office and to allow another day for delivery. I'm expecting a package from UPS today and it does say "In Transit - On Time". Side note....my postal carrier son, tells me UPS has started using the post office to deliver more and more of their packages. It's cheaper for UPS to drop off packages to the post office than it is for them to front door deliver every package.......no wonder the USPS is in the red and UPS isn't! IMO, UPS is using tax payer funds to get themselves more profit.

My package to my SB via USPS was in Tennesee for 4 days and then all of a sudden ended up in Washington state.

| I would think it is still in transit being processed and not going to be delivered until at least Friday. At least it's moving!!
