| Tea got her box! Thank you YorkieSmiles and Bubba! We're so excited! We haven't opened the box yet. The hubby is working nights and the box arrived right before he left for work, and I don't want to open it until he gets home. He loves to see how the dogs react to a new toy! We'll take some pics and post them tomorrow. For now, I'm just going to sit the box in a spare bedroom so I don't keep looking at it and wondering if I should go ahead and open it |

| Well, we opened Tea's box... that was about two hours ago. She's panting like she's just run a one minute mile. I tried to get her to get a drink, but she was too interested in toys. The hubby took 1.4 gigs of pics (that's not a typo), so I'll have to go through those and pick some out. We got a lot of really great stuff, and I can't wait to put up the pics. This is better than Christmas! The funniest part of it, which I wish he'd gotten a movie of, was when we put on a little pink dress. The other dogs didn't seem to know what to make of that, and they grabbed the dress by the end and started dragging her around the room. (They all outweigh her.) I think they thought she was a new toy to play with. We took the dress off and she started chewing it. Maybe she was mad because it made the other dogs think she was a toy. We'll have to try that again later. Thank you soooo much YorkieSmiles and Bubba. I'll get the pics on later today! |

| I'm so sorry for the delay on this I had a hard drive failure on my main PC the morning after her box came, and I've been scrambling to get that back up and running ever since. Now that I'm back up and going, and I can't seem to post pics, and the hubby took tons of them. Many came out blurry because the dogs were moving too fast, but there were some good ones. My album says they were uploaded successfully, but then it shows it's empty. Until I figure out what's going on with these pics, here is a list. I simply could not believe how much stuff she got. The hubby and I, and the dogs, were overwhelmed. A TheraPet bath robe (I'll have to get three more of these) A yellow stuffed bone, which Jasmine immediately claimed A very tiny yellow squeaky duck A beautiful purple satin mat. Tea went to sit on that so nobody else could get it A pink squeaky bone A gray squeaky squirrel A pink and white squeaky teddy bear A printed place mat to set their food dishes on A pink, blue, and white teddy bear A fold-a-bowl Yorkie stickers A pink squeaky cell phone A white T-shirt with a sequined silver cross A tiny gray squeaky mouse A pink dress with GO TEAM on it (that's the one the others wanted) A crown-top photo frame A red, white, and, blue mouse (like Mickey Mouse) doll An assortment of four different-colored bows A pink and white thing that squeaks when you shake it. That was the immediate favorite and it already needing sewing. A heart-shaped purse (the handle is a rope toy) A small, triangular soft toy that has four squeaky triangles inside it. I don't know what it's called, but it's sort of like a hide-a-bee. Tali was the first to figure out that she could get things out, and the others love it now too. A book by Cindy Adams titled the Gift of Jazzy, which I will read this weekend. This GE, my first, has been a big experience for all of us, and I'll do the next much differently. For one thing, I never imagined getting all this stuff, so I just opened the boxes. I think there was stuff in this one that I forgot to put in the list because the dogs have already hidden them. Can you imagine? The dogs dove into the boxes, grabbed something, and went tearing in all directions, and all I could do was yell, "Scott, catch them. This stuff still has tags on it!" Of course it still had tags. I don't know what I was thinking. I left the tags on GE stuff when I sent it too. My SBs probably had sense to go through the contents before they showed the dog(s). I feel so embarrassed even thinking about it. My dog's just haven't ever gotten any presents other than from us, and of course, I TAKE THE TAGS OFF BEFORE THEY GET THEM. Sheesh. What a moron I can be. Scott told me after the first box (both of ours came on the same day), that maybe I should go through the box and take off tags and stuff first so we didn't have to freak out about them eating tags. Sigh. I thought the mothers were supposed to think of stuff like that. It's what I did with the second box. The next time, I'll open the box, so the hubby can see. I'll remove all tags and anything that isn't specifically meant for dogs (like books or photo frames). I'll open any boxes inside the box to see if it really contains what it says it does. (I say that because the assortment of bows came in a little box that had a face cream sample originally.) YorkieSmiles, thank you so very much, really. Thank you. |

| So glad you liked everything - and I am so sorry I have been AWOL from YT for 3 weeks, and had missed your post. Do you have pictures yet?? The rhinestoned T-shirt is suppose to be the letter "T" for Tea - I am so sorry it is probably too big for her - they were suppose to send an xsm and instead they sent a sm. I'm glad they liked the toys - when you said no treats, or chews and clothes weren't a big deal - we then went a bit nuts with the toys. That pink thing that makes the funky noise is suppose to be a fire hydrant - Roxy loves hers too - Bubba likes to make all the girls happy (he doesn't play with toys ) Also, I wish I had known that you didn't have a hide-a-squirrel -- I read that you posted that somewhere after I had ordered everything -- but hopefully the triangle toy is a decent substitute - the digging out the puzzle pieces can be so fun.
