So,who's ready for another GE? I know I am!!:D:D These GE's are just so much fun, and we love shopping for other babies:) Plus I think it's a good way to get to know other YT'ers and their furbutts on a more personal basis :) I think I read somewhere that there are usually 4 GE's a year? Is that correct? :confused: Those who have participated in the past years, when should the next GE be coming up? |
I am ready for the next GE. Since I just got a little girl to put in the next one. She is my only female so I can't wait to get more girly stuff. |
Yes, we have four YorkieTalk Gift Exchanges per year here. The next one, our thirteenth, will take place in August 2008, with signups sometime in July. |

How do I get a buddy? And how do I know what they like, male/female when to send the package? |
There will be a sign up thread around the end of July. You will post all of your info there and you can see everyone else's info as well. After the deadline for signing up, Admin will send you an email with your buddy's info and a link to that post. You also need to look for threads about likes and dislikes in the GE section, and you can research posts they've made in the past. Take some time and read the rules and information on the GE. It has some good and very important tips and information about the GE. Look at pictures of past GE's and just explore a little in the GE section here. It's really a lot of fun! :) |
Hopefully I will have a job by then.. and if so then I'll be signing Slade up again! We are participating in a GE on the Pit Bull board this month. I already have several things for that, and the upper limit there is $20. |

We may get in on this one, we sat out the last one. I know that there is a price limit....do people usually stay within that limit? When looking over the pictures it looks like a lot more is spent and I wouldn't want to short change anyone. It does look like a lot of fun. |

Admin has set a minium of $20 (that does NOT include shipping costs). You do whatever is within your means. A lot of people do go over the minium limit...and that is just up to the person shopping (you). Everyone has always been very appreciative and happy just to be a part of the GE...no matter what is given! The whole point is to have fun! |
