Here's what I do. I limit myself to two GE's a year, and I pick one during the summer when I am on summer break. During the year I stock up on goodies I've found on sale various places, or bought one of for Gizmo and grabbed an extra one at the same time. I make 70% of the gifts myself, and then order one item made just for my buddy that is personalized or something for him/her.

So, it looks like I spent a whole lot of money, but I didn't. I still tend to go a little "GE crazy", but this way it's possible for me to participate. Even on a budget.

That's a marvelous idea! Between grooming, vet visits, food and all the beautiful clothese my girls just have to have I was thinking I couldn't afford to do a GE and keep up with the amount that everyone gives!

I'm gonna start stocking up right now!
I guess I better become a donating member first, huh?

But Please if you are not going to send things out then please don't sign up because it isn't far for you Buddy....................

I was just sick to death seeing that not everybody that sent a GE didn't receive one back. And that is the whole purpose of the GE.
So Please if you sign up let make sure that your buddy and you get a package in return.
