Well...I wrote my post and hit a button by accident with my wrist and it dissapeared! LOL...hopefully it doesn't show up here as a duplicate post.

I definitely want to join in! I've got to get my donation in and get my post count up. My furbaby will be coming home in 4-5 weeks and she's my first. So, I don't have any experience to share with anyone, and everytime I have a question, its already been answered somewhere here on YT and I find it with the search feature...LOL. Sooo...I've just been welcoming other newbies like me!

Do we have all of July to get up to par in order to join in the August GE? Or do we have to be legal-beagle by tomorrow?

So how long after sign ups do we get our buddies? Sorry I'm just REALLY excited for our 1st GE

I've been looking online for gifts for our buddy for the past hour hehehe

Welcome to YT! You have until signups start to get 100.. so start posting, lol! One way to get a lot of post is to go on the pics section and tell everyone how cute their pics are. Or go to off topic section and just chat on those threads. What part of Idaho are you from? I'm hoping to move to Boise sometime within the next 12 months, its so beautiful up there!

The sign up period usually last for 10-14 days. After signups have ended it usually takes admin a couple days to get the buddies out to everyone.

Hi! Nice to meet you! I'm from the Boise area. You are right...it IS beautiful here! Yay! I'm glad that I'll finally have a Yorkie Talker in my area...even if I do have to wait 12 months...lol.

Ok...I'll post like crazy, as you said. I am really excited to get to know everyone. I hope I can make it in time!

If I end up moving to Boise,I'm sure I'll have some questions for you. My bf lives up there, but he doesn't have a dog, so he won't know all the cool doggie places. I'm hoping to have the money to move by January... BUT I will probably be driving my Jeep and having never driven in snow, it would probably be smarter to wait til at least spring so I won't have to go through any snowstorms or anything.

Now I'm off to figure out how to sign up for Paypal to make my donation and then I'm in like flyn...or flint...or flan...or whatever that phrase is!
