2+2=4 X the Love ♥ Donating Member | I mean if I sandwich and pin the finished skirt (upside down/between) the bodice before sewing the bodice together. One of two ways I do it. I've done it before many many times without any issues. I typically will only use this method when attaching a shorter ruffle and not a full skirt.

| Do you do actual armholes or just the velcro straps across the chest? If you do actual armholes you have to do those first before the waist seam. It's easier to do it that way and the results will be cleaner.

Question: Can I leave it on all the time even for just all purpose sewing projects ? On those fabrics that do not bunch up or become uneven when sewing?

| My walking foot is built into my machine and I use it most all the time. I can tell the difference if I forget to put it down. Once you start using it you will see how even it feeds. Most quilters want that even feed so our points line up perfectly. |
