Thanks for the kind words on my Tessa and knit work. I didn't realize I had any comments to this thread up until this point. I guess I've been really busy knitting away over the holidays

I knitted these sweaters from a pattern off of a book I purchased and had to make some adjustments to it. It's for my 2013 winter collection that will compliment matching knit bows. Right now I'm focusing on improving it by adding embellishments as well as experimenting with other knit designs. I like that it fits snug on Tessa and keeps her warm. Here is another one in red that I made for her, this time with added sleeves:

There is a free pattern that another member posted on here and I was able to knit one for Daisy from that too. This one, however, is sleeveless:

Ahhh! Smack that Daddy! Poor Tessa! Looks like she has plenty of beautiful sweaters to keep her nice and warm though. Knit the Daddy some handcuffs! Lol! (JK) Love the stripped one too!

Great work! I really like the dark red one, with the matching yarn bow in her hair...so cute!

I'm knitting today too! This cold weather, and the fact that half of ZoE's stuff from last year doesn't fit her anymore, has inspired me.

I'm so ticked off at myself though! I free-knitted a bunch of sweaters at the end of last winter and didn't bother to write down how I did them (# of stitches, kneedle size, etc.) and am now kicking myself in the butt. I'm looking at the old ones trying to count stitches...what a pain.

Thanks, I would love to see what you come up with.

I'm the same way too. I have to count my stitches ever so often or else it drives me crazy when the numbers don't add up. I could always increase or decrease a stitch but it bugs me still. Being a perfectionist is my curse.
