| Where to buy? Where can I buy clothes for my male who is long and skinny and not terribly expensive? Blazer is almost 7 months old now and weighs about 6 pounds and is long and skinny. He has one sweater that fits him nicely around and is ok in length. His other one is shorter and wider but a size bigger! I got a little, um, carried away grooming him today and his hair is shorter than I intended (he looks cute, but it is more of a summer cut and not so great for the MN snowy winters!)

Donating YT 500 Club Member | I know that big lots sells dog clothes in price range from $8-12 a jacket, sweater, or shirt. The clothes are cute =) .... so to save money (but build a wardrobe) I will go there when I have a little extra cash and purchase one sweater or jacket. Eventually the wardrobe just started building up LOL Ross (dress for less) sells dog clothes ranging from $3.99-$10.00 (EXCELLENT QUALITY)... however, I've heard that Ross stores are not in every state... if that is true and there isn't a Ross in your area I truly apologize for suggesting this store!! Hope that helps =) Last edited by Clyde_Dexter; 12-19-2012 at 09:31 PM. |

| There are some wonderful clothes makers on this forum that will custom make clothes (and for pretty awesome prices really). Take a look at the vendors list in the Yorkie Products for Sale forum and check some of the links out.

| I have the same problem. I have mine custom made on Etsy. Most vendors don't charge extra for custom clothing.

| Aymee on YT has inexpensive clothing. If you are looking for sweaters this lady is cheaper than most. PuppyPawPrints on Etsy. I have purchased from her and was very very pleased!

Oh wow, Big Lots? I have never even been to that store. Looks like that will have to change. Any other good stuff for me to keep an eye out for?

| Elvis is lobg and while large for a Yorkie has a long skinny body. He is 12.2 pounds, tons of Yorkie Talkers make custom sized cloths check out the For Sale section here! A local lady has dashalhounds and custom makes cloths for him here-she says he's like a skinny short weenie lol, but he has a big Yorkie barrel chest. Edit: we get a lot of short use t-shirts in the entrance bins at Target $1-$3.. each. For holiday or season themes they are great.

Katie Scarlett's Mommy Donating Member | I agree! All the YT vendors have been great to us! Even though I make clothing, I love to order as well. I like for KS to have a wide array of different styles. Everyone we have ordered from here at YT has been fabulous!
