| I have been sewing today but it is a pair of baby boy crib shoes that I embroidered,by hand, sailboats on. Next is a 50's style garden dress in white, embroidered cotton. This is a wedding dress due in 12 days. There will be NO doggie dresses until after I finish it. I'll just have to look at what ya'll have been making. |

Katie Scarlett's Mommy Donating Member | You know, I am not sure. I've seen them at the top, the middle, and the bottom. The pattern I used has it shown at the bottom but I am guessing it's a personal preference? I'm not really sure to be honest with you. Lol. All of the things I've had made for my KS, both dresses and harnesses, that were created by other designers has been at the bottom part as well of the harness part. I need to order something with it at the top and see the difference.

| If the d-ring is at the top, wouldn't it put pressure on the neck?
