Thanks everyone. I have been looking for a style just like this. I love that it has the armholes (legholes, ) which goes on like a sleevless tee-shirt...sorta. It stays on with the shoulders and legholes.

I'm thinking it could have a shorter ruffle and be used as a harness vest/dress too, with no pull on the neck.

You know the paranoid self that I am now...I'm all about the no pull on the neck hehe

I love it! What a great idea without the neck strap. I like that so much better for their little neck. Think I might have to give that a try too.
