I used the tension rods in Bogie's little closet and the work great. I actually like them better than those huge dowels I used for Jada's closet. I am going to change hers out to smaller diameter rods pretty soon. The tension rods are really perfect and you can adjust them up and down easily too.
I think I am going to make some pretty curtains to cover the fronts of the closets, just so if anyone goes in that room they won't know what is in there....I am kinda ashamed of the amount of stuff they have

I use the tension rods and I found over time they would start to slip down. So I bought a brace. It's not screwed in just placed on the side and the tension rod in it. It has been holding not slipping at all

I knew what I was in for by clicking on this thread. Now I want a closet for the girls. Right now most of their clothes are in cardboard boxes since we plan on moving. After a few more GEs, they should have their very own and no longer have to share the space on daddy's side of the closet lol.

I should have used tension rods instead. Trying to get a nail into both sides was apparently "hilarious to watch." DH said. I do admit......I made the hammer think it was an axe instead

LOL...it is hard to put a nail through the pressed wood

I admire you if you were able to do hammer a nail through that!!

LOL. I thought using screws would be harder....I was very wrong. lol! It worked though....and I got quite a workout doing it!

I'm loving all the organizational systems

This has motivated me to finally paint a cabinet I've been holding on to forever... It would be a great place to store clothes and supplies!

Wow you all have some great Armoires for your pups. Gosh I would love to have one to keep all of my pups stuff in. Maybe one my DD finally officially moves out I can steal hers and revamp it to suit mine and my pups needs. LOl

I've got a plastic bin with drawers, but we've about outgrown it and with the new addition to the family, we are for sure going to need a new dresser.
