But don't you hate it when people get your pups gender wrong? Just because Brutus is a little cutie furball - he is always referred to as a "she". Even at doggy class when they all knew his name. Same thing with skin boys, I had a ton of yellow sleepers, gowns, etc. and every time I put him in it people would comment on my little girl. I think that's what turned my hubby off of pastels.

Heck, when my son was a freshman in High School he wanted a pink polo from Hollister - I wouldn't of picked it out, but he wanted it and I bought it.

Uni always gets mistaken for a boy, but I don't mind bc she's a tomboy anyway. I don't mind when the pups get mistaken for the wrong gender. I just find it funny when men get all weird about it. Like some BFs and DHs won't walk the girl pups if they have a pink jacket or leash or anything pink on. For fear of themselves looking gay I guess? No one's going to see him and think, "Look at that man walking the small dog with pink on, he must be gay"

I feel you with the gender confusions. Folks always think Kirby is a boy because she hates hair bows. She won't wear them. Personally I don't care for pink on a male, canine or human. I know it doesn't mean they are gay because of wearing pink. Some males like to wear the color. It takes courage. The coat is cute but I am sure you can find a reasonable cute little boy's coat.

I guess part of why I think it's funny is bc NONE of my gay friends wear pink! Usually it's baby blue.

I'd put it on a boy. Actually I would probably put it on one of my boys before one of my girls because I wear light colors on my girls and dark colors on my boys, red is boyish to me and you can hardly notice the pink.

If you like go for it, it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks just what you think of it.

See the blue jacket I would put on my girls because it is light and feminine to me, lol.

Oh my! I can relate on the gender confusion. You wouldn't believe how many people call Katie Scarlett a he!!! They will say, how old is he? Is he a yorkie? Is he a teacup? What is his name? Hello!!!! She ALWAYS has a bow (usually pink) in her hair when we go out, some sort of pink dress/sweater, a pink harness, and a pink leash!!! Why on Earth would I put a boy in that much pink?!!!! LOL! It frustrates me and cracks me up at the same time!

I wouldnt put that on a boy but thats me. Chachi does have a shirt that has a tiny bit of pink on it for valentines but once a year is enough for me with him with pink
