Does anyone know the best place to find some alligator clips to transform some of my bows? I've looked at some craft shops and Walmart but no luck. |

Fabulous!!! Thank You Jadabug!!!! |
Wow i feel like it is going to take practice if I want to put bows in my little ones hair lol |
We use a band, then a barrette over it. If I really center the barrette over the band it will stay in for days. Then I clip the bands instead of removing them. I have the same wacky/sideways problems with most of the band bows, although a couple of them do fine. I don't know what makes the difference? Sometimes, though, I think the bows look cute a little askew ;). |
Bows! I like to use little clear elastics but i make it loose enough, then i put the clip with the bow in... works like a charm and it wont fall out! :aimeeyork |
What kind of bands are ya'll talking about? Where to get them? My groomer puts on the bow that has the itty bitty "rubber bands" attached to them. I have to cut tehm out though cause they pull Josie hair. Josie's hair is very thin too and the gator clip bows I bought from Darlingbows here want hold. Tehy are so cute and I would like to use them. |
You can get them from the drug store. They are for people but work great for dogs. They are clear and u stretch them out first, then they are loose and tie it a couple times around the part of your puppys hair and then put the bow right underneath the clear band. They work SO great! |
