| whelping pudding?? I was wondering what the purpose of whelping puddding was if anyone could tell me??? And also I was wondering if it was important to give a clean out shot to the mama after birth and when after birth do u get it?? |

| whelping pudding is good for the mom for the calcium and I would get the shot the next day or if she has earlier in the morning that day, just to be safe you got all the after birth out...

| Thanx for the reply I needed a little more help with whelping this time it's my first yorkie litter! I used to breed rottweilers their just a Little different don't you think?? |

| WE always get a cleaning out shot just in case. Mine love the whelping pudding.One of mine is very picky after whelping has and she loves this pudding!!!!! It is very good for them also |

| You can also try 1 can of Goats Milk, equal parts water, 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon of Karo... I prefer the Karo of Sugar, I've had problems with diarreah when using sugar.
