| It has been a while... So I use to be on this site almost everyday. But life gets hectic and I stopped coming. All my furbabies have gone over the rainbow bridge and I find myself at home now and missing them even more (if that is possible). I just retired in June and with this pandemic I find myself at home a lot more then I anticipated. So question, Do I get another puppy? Should I wait until this pandemic is over and see how life goes? My husband and I always thought that we would travel when we retired, unfortunately he never retired and we are in the mess with Covid-19. Another thought is this, how come people are asking so much for Yorkies these days. I have asked around on other sites and facebook and the general number I'm getting is between $1500 and $3000. What happened? Why are they so expensive? I can't spend that kind of money.. Thanks in advance for you insight.

| Depending where you get your puppy, meaning what state, and if the breeder is a good, reputable one with a good health guarantee, you can pay $3500. and over. For mix dogs once called mutts, now called "designer" dogs, a Maltese / Yorkie mix, now called Morkies are selling for $3500. and ppl do pay that price, crazy. How much was a loaf of bread 10 years ago. Every thing goes up except the pay check

| I use to breed myself and yes they was 10 years ago. But prices have tripled or quadrupled. Price of bread hasn’t done that. Lol 😊 |
