| Adopting a baby girl yorkie Hi everyone! I just wanted to share that I filled out an application to adopt a 6 month old baby girl yorkie yesterday. I was delighted to see an email from her foster mom saying that there had been many applications for baby Dori yet was leaning towards myself and another person as a potential owner. I will meet the little one this coming Friday! I am praying for a perfect match and that my fur baby Jack falls in love with her as I already have! Fingers crossed!!! I know that Jack can be a little shy with other dogs he does not know so we shall see!!!

| Thank you! I do know that she was rescued by a no kill animal shelter and is staying with her foster mom. Her foster mom said that her quarantine stage will end this coming weekend. I don't know if I should take this as a red flag or if this is something that is done with all dogs that are rescued by no kill shelters...

| Aww, thank you guys! An yes a prayer is appreciated! Being that she is being "quarantined", do you think I have anything to worry about?

| I hope and pray you get that baby and what a fun Christmas you will have. I don't know for sure, but my guess is that she was quarantined because she was rescued from a shelter and they probably quarantine them for a certain amount of time just to make sure that if they have anything, it would not be passed on to any other dogs. Hope to hear good news from you soon!

| Yay!!! We brought baby Dori home today!! We are so excited! Jack was a little shy at first and claimed his "big boy" bed as soon as we got home. 2 hours into it and he is following her around the house and wanting to play! I couldn't be happier :-) Now about her name...thinking I should change it :-)
